Possible Merger

By: Import User
Updated: January 7, 2009
Two cities are pulling their resource together to help save lives. METS Ambulance in Joplin may possibly take over the ambulance duties for Webb City. Currently Webb City is having trouble staffing the 2nd ambulance shift. Right now there is a national shortage of paramedics. In Webb City they have the paramedics cross train and also work as fire fighters. If talks are successful, the merger should take place within the next few months. Reported By:Brad Douglas
