Riverton Soldier Dies

Fellow community members are remembering a four state man who died while fighting in Operation Iraqi Freedom. 19-year-old Dustin Kreider from Riverton, Kansas died in a training accident sixty miles North of Baghdad on Sunday. The Defense Department says Kreider was with the Army`s first infantry division stationed in Schweinfurt, Germany.
The accident which claimed his life remains under investigation. Meanwhile former friends say kreider will be a loss to those who knew him. So far there`s no word on when funeral services will be held.
