Arthur Charged

Former Galena, Kansas Police Chief Cameron Arthur has been charged with felony criminal damage. In addition he and his wife Shannon have also been charged with criminal trespass. These charges come after Arthur`s former landlord kay moore received a writ of assistance to get her property back. That`s when Moore says arthur took his anger out on the property. According to Moore there was damage to windows, floors, the water heater, as well as soiled toilet paper stuffed into the air vents.
Arthur`s first appearance in court has been scheduled for April 26th.
