Do you find that important e-mails are sometimes lost in the sea of spam? Spam is a continuing problem for most computer users. According to a new study 17% of e-mail spam contains pornographic images. The Federal Trade Commission is enacting a new canned spam act. All pornographic spam will have to have the words "sexually explicit" in the subject line. But some experts say spammers may just go out of the country to create a loophole to the law.
