A four state police officer is on administrative leave after a bullet grazes a five-year old boy. The incident happened yesterday afternoon on Tiernan street in Fort Scott, Kansas. Police Chief Jay Reyes says officer Patrick Saleh fired one round at a vicious dog who lunged at him. Reyes says Saleh missed the dog and the bullet went into a nearby house and grazed the head of a five-year old boy. The boy was transported to the local hospital where he received five stitches to the right side of his head. Officier Saleh has been placed on administrative leave pending an investigation by the Kansas Bureau of Investigation. Reported By: Courtney Cullor
