A local city wants to resolve an on-going dispute with a former city leader. The City of Galena has offered to settle out of court with former Police Chief Cameron Arthur. Arthur filed an employment discrimination lawsuit against the city a suit city leaders say is frivolous. Regardless they have offered Arthur 25-thousand dollars to resolve the matter. Arthur is seeking compensatory and punitive damages. He also wants to be reinstated as Police Chief. Written By: Robin Rogers
