What was supposed to be an April Fool`s Day prank has a Northeast Oklahoma man sentenced to prison. Andrew Phillip Francis of Miami was sentenced to 10-years in prison for pouring lighter fluid on his 15-year-old cousin`s socks and setting them on fire.
