A four state man is arrested in less than two months for manufacturing methamphetamines near an area elementary school. 44-year-old Forrest Duggan of Galena was arrested last night across the street from Spring Grove Elementary School after officers found a meth lab in various stages of operation including finished project. Duggan is facing charges of manufacturing methamphetamine within one thousand feet of a school as well as numerous other drug charges. It`s the lab`s proximity to the elementary school that has deputies worried. The lab was located on property just 24 feet from where children play on a daily basis. Reported By: Jennifer Grannan
