An Air Force officer pleads guilty to involuntary manslaughter after a drinking and driving incident that killed an area Army Specialist in February. Reports say first Lieutenant Todd Doughty of Holloman Air Force base in New Mexico, has been sentenced to 18-months in jail for the death of David "Butch" Hall of Uniontown, Kansas. Doughty also pleaded guilty to drunk and reckless driving and drinking in violation of U.S. Central Command`s General order during a court martial on May 31st. According to reports, Doughty and Hall were driving down a main road in Afghanistan at a high rate of speed when their vehicle crashed, killing hall. During the trial, reports say Doughty was dismissed from the service, which is the enlisted rank`s equivalent of a bad conduct discharge. Reported By: Ryan Loyd
