Bomb Diffusing in Jay

Four-State officials work to diffuse a dangerous situation. A 51-year old Jay man, Michael Marteney, has been arrested and charged with manufacturing and possession of an explosive bomb. Officials say Marteney threatened to light a homemade bomb at his home north of Jay, but officers were able to talk him out of lighting the fuse. Marteney is currently undergoing mental evaluation.
