Living Well viewer Valerie Fisher demonstrates her go-to recipe for dinner in a hurry.

"Valerie's Fancied-Up Ramen Noodle Surprise"
1 package Romen Noodle
leftover chopped meat
leftover veggies.

Stove top. Boil water, put in noodle and seasoning packet, let cook about 3-4 minutes, add veggies and meat. Turn off burner. Drain if you want or leave broth in if desired.

For microwave. Place noodle in microwave safe bowl. Add water to cover noodle and seasoning packet. Cook until desired doneness (my microwave it take 8 minutes. In my moms 5 minutes). Add meat and veggies stir and eat. If veggies are frozen may need to warm in microwave for a minute.
