Parsons Arrest

Two parsons residents have entered guilty pleas with U-S district judges. 36-year-old James Jackson has pleaded guilty to distributing more than five grams of crack cocaine. Meanwhile 35-year-old Vanissa Haggard has entered a guilty plea to distributing crack cocaine. The two were busted in part of an undercover KBI investigation. Jackson could be facing up to life in prison without the possibility of parole, while Haggard could see a maximum of 20 years in federal prison. The two will be sentenced in September.
