McDonald County Nudity Ban

You`ll have to cover up a bit more if you plan to go vacation on a McDonald County river. A new ordinance bans nudity on the rivers in the county. The ordinance came about after a recent attack on the waters. Sheriff Robert Evenson says his wife pepper and their friend Diane Smith were attacked when they tried to report nudity on the river. Several women were topless and became angered when they were asked to put their clothes back on. 26 year old Micahal royal allegedly attacked smith by hitting her twice and threw her on the ground. Royal was charged with a felony second degree robbery for the cell phone and third degree assault, two counts of second degree endangering the welfare of a child and one count of trespassing. He was released on 50 thousand dollars bond. Written By: Brad Douglas
