Route 86 Pavement Work

If you travel one section of Highway 86, expect some traffic delays. Pavement work will begin tomorrow on Route 86 between Wildcat Park and the old Redings Mill Bridge. Workers will be tying in new Route 86 to existing Route 86. Department of Transportation officials say the new route is being built to help eliminate sharp curves near the Redings Mill Bridge.
