Emergency Preparedness Exercise

By: Import User
Updated: January 7, 2009
Responding to a real emergency is much easier when everyone involved is prepared. That`s why the Jasper County Local Emergency Preparedness Committee will be conducting a full scale emergency exercise at the Williams Pipeline facility. The exercise is a test for the response of fire, law enforcement, emergency medical services, and mutual aid in Jasper County. Its purpose is for learning, and to insure that the many different agencies who respond to a major incident are familiar with each other. The emergency preparedness exercise will begin tonight from 5 to 7 at Williams Pipeline in Jasper Missouri on Hwy 171.
