Pittsburg Shooting Final Arrest

PITTSBURG, KS - The final suspect is behind bars in connection with a weekend shooting at a Pittsburg home. Artis Tyrone Earl Rollins III, 25, of Pittsburg was arrested for Aggravated Robbery and Aggravated Burglary. Rollins is being held in the Crawford County Jail in lieu of a $25,000 bond. According to police, Rollins and three other men, Kyle Taggart, John Carver and Stephen Dibble got into an altercation with Mitchell Owens over stolen property. Owens was shot in the hip during the incident. Taggart is being held in the Crawford County Jail for Attempted First Degree Murder. The victim was also arrested.
