Toddler Dies After Being Run Over By a Truck

OSWEGO, KS.--A tragic accident in Labette County leaves a toddler dead after getting run over by a truck .

It happened around 7 o clock last night at an Oswego home at the 13000 block of Victory Road.

Kansas Highway Patrol Troopers say 30 year old Christy Dunnic of Oswego was driving through a pasture at the home.

She didn't see 2 year old Clayton James walking around the pasture ..and ran over him.

The child was airlifted to Freeman Health System in Joplin where he later died.

The accident is still under investigation.
