NEOSHO, MO---Current Assistant Superintendent Alma Stipp will take over the main position on July first. Stipp has worked in the Neosho school district for 27 years. She had planned to retire this year before the school board offered her the temporary job.  Stipp says she plans to carry on doing the work of her predecessor, Dr. Richard Page.  As of right now, Stipp is signed on for a one-year term. School board members will continue looking for a permanent superintendent in the Fall.
