JOPLIN, MO---Brandy Salwasser and her three children lost everything in the May 22nd tornado. They moved to a new home in Neosho but eight months later it was destroyed in a fire. Salwasser has been reaching out to organizations for assistance but hasn't had any luck because their property was not located in the city of Joplin. She says she is not looking for a handout but she needs someone to help her with a construction loan. The Salwassers are currently renting a home in Webb City but say they are barely making ends meet. If you would like to help the family, you can contact Hearts and Hammers at 478-258-7585.
