1st Annual Joplin Memorial Run

The Joplin Memorial Run was held at Memorial Hall Saturday.

There was a 5k walk, a half marathon, and a mile long kids run at the event.

The goal of the run was to remember the lives lost in the May 22nd tornado, and the volunteers who came to help after the storm.

Runners came from 44 different states and 2 different countries.
