Underage Drinking in Neosho

NEOSHO, MO--- Early last week a Neosho police officer pulled over a car full of minors who were confirmed to be intoxicated, including the 16 year old driver. They all admitted they had been drinking at the El Far West night club located on South Highway 59.
    Neosho police and Newton County sheriff's deputies organized an investigation Saturday night at the bar. Officers discovered ten minors inside the establishment, six were confirmed to have been drinking. The 37 year old female owner's name has not yet been released because formal charges are still pending with the Newton County Prosecutor's Office.
