Neosho Animal Neglect Case Update

A Newton County woman facing animal neglect charges refuses to give up her dogs. 44-year-old Rebecca Hull of Neosho is accused of running an unlicensed animal rescue operation from her home. 45 dogs were taken from her home last month by state officials. Investigators say the animals lacked proper food, water and shelter. Since they were seized early last month, the animals have been placed in shelters in the Kansas City area. Hull is scheduled to be back in court October 23rd.
