Prison officials say John Laxton, Jr. and Danny Rankins escaped on Wednesday from the Blytheville Correctional Center in northeast Arkansas.
The men were on two separate job sites through a work release program.
Both were serving 20-year sentences for theft and drug convictions.
The Missouri Highway Patrol says they may be traveling with a woman in a green 2001 Kia Rio with Arkansas plates 335 NBS.
They may have ties to Miller in Lawrence County.
