20th Annual Candlelight Tour

Learning about our nation`s history by candlelight, that`s what you`ll experience when the Fort Scott National Historic Site hosts its 20th Annual Candlelight Tour. The seven-stop living history tour highlights events that affected the inhabitants of Fort Scott during a crucial period of our nation`s history. The tour is called Conflicts Through Time and spans 31 years of conflicts. The tour begins with the Indian Frontier and concludes with the Railroad Building Years. The tours will be Friday December 7th and Saturday December 8th. Tickets must be purchased in advance and will go on sale at 8 a.m. Saturday October 27th. Tickets are $6 each and are sold on a first come first served basis. You can call and reserve your ticket by calling 620-223-0310. Tickets are non-refundable.
