JOPLIN, MO.--- About 14 kids from Future Business Leaders of America or FBIA, spent the day getting hands on learning experience at the AT&T Call Center. Students toured the facility, observed customer service representatives working, and enjoyed a short presentation on leadership. FBIA President, Chanci McGowen says this type of experience is exactly what the orginazation is all about
"I think we get to actually see what goes on, I am a hands on person, I like to do stuff and I think this visual type of learning, you actually get the experience instead of someone telling you about it," states Chanci McGowen, FBIA President.
FBIAis a non-profit education association designed to help students prepare for careers in business or business related fields.
