New McDonald County Sheriff

MCDONALD COUNTY, MO.--- Republican Mike Hall was chosen by voters last night to head up law enforcement for the county. He has worked at the sheriff's office for 15 years, In many different positions, and also has his EMT license. Hall currently serves as a resource officer at the McDonald County High School. He says he would like his deputies to be more involved in the community.
"Hold some public meetings in different areas of the county to kind of listen to some concerns that the different areas have. Just be out there, in force. Protecting and serving them," states Mike Hall, Elected McDonald County Sheriff.
Hall says he knows he has big shoes to fill replacing current Sheriff Rob Evenson, but he is ready to get started on January 1st.
