GROVE, OK.--- Xtreme Power in Grove, Oklahoma is laying of 63 employees. They're reducing the amount of lead cell batteries manufactured at the plant. Xtreme Power representatives say the company will remain open. They'll keep it running with a skeleton crew made up of 12 employees. All the workers being laid off will receive severance packages and job counseling. Representatives with Xtreme Power say there are a number of companies looking into buying the facility.
