MIAMI, OK.--- Margo Gray Proctor held a round table meeting with NEO A&M College students and staff to talk about running a successful business. She is a member of the Osage Nation and president of an award winning engineering firm. Gray Proctor also serves as chair of the National Center for American Indian Enterprises. She says she thinks it's important to share what she's learned with others.

"It's just to get our young native people to think, think about what's the blue print for the next hundred years for Indian Country," states Margo Gary Proctor, Native American Business Woman.

Gray Proctor was named the 2012 Minority Business Champion of the year by the small business administration.
