Toys for Tots Donations

JOPLIN, MO.--- The Toys for Tots program is collecting toys for at least 1,000 kids in Newton, Jasper, and McDonald counties. Volunteers need a variety of gifts for children of all ages, from baby toys to electronic cars, and even cologne. Coordinators say they are always in need of donations and volunteers. 

"People are really hurting, and this program gives them a little hope because all we want is to help their children have a good Christmas," states Paula Mitchell, Toys for Tots Assistant Coordinatior.

You can find Toys for Tots donation boxes in local Walgreens, Wal-mart, and Dollar General stores.
