Almost two months ago, the city of Grove Oklahoma began dumping waste sludge at the Sulphur Bend area near Grand Lake in Ottawa County. Residents are now concerned about possible contamination of their water because most homes in the area rely on ground wells. Wes and Sherry Smith live about 1/4 mile from the dump site.
