Joplin New Year's Eve Drunk Driving Arrest

JOPLIN, MO.--- Joplin Police responded to 911 calls from 6 last night until 7 this morning. Forty were traffic stops and three were non injury accidents. Two minors were arrested for being in possession of alcohol.

The City of Joplin doesn't care about our safety, it's just a racket for funds. Traffic officers are a huge moneymaker for cities/states, and officers surely have a monthly quota of tickets they must write; either a particular number of tickets, or an explicit dollar value.
