INDEPENDENCE, KS.--- Joseph Tillman, 33, is being held in the Montgomery County Jail in Independence where he is waiting to be extradited to Tulsa. Tulsa Police Officers are in Independence this evening questioning Tillman in connection to a murder investigation where 4 women were shot to death inside their Tulsa apartment complex.

Tillman has not been arrested for that crime or named a suspect but Tulsa officers say he could have valuable information in the case. A Montgomery county deputy identified Tillman during a traffic stop last night around 10:30. He was arrested for a domestic assault warrant out of Oklahoma.
