New Joplin Trolley

JOPLIN, MO.--- El Dorado National submitted a bid of $390,000 to supply a heavy duty trolley to the City of Joplin. That means the vehicle is designed for daily use and is accessible for those in wheelchairs. The city only has to cover 20% of the total, with the federal transit administration paying 80% of the cost.
