JOPLIN, MO.--- Joplin City Manager Mark Rohr will be recognized by the group "Voices For National Service." The leadership award focuses on his role in working with volunteers following the May 2011 tornado.
Rohr says he is honored to be chosen, but adds other city employees deserve most of the credit. State representatives Charlie Davis and Bill White will also be honored by the group for their leadership at the state level.
