A Michigan fugitive on the run is finally caught in Neosho Missouri. 67-year-old William Broomhead has been running from the police for 23 years. Broomhead headed to Neosho Missouri where he met his wife and was never caught until last Friday, 23 years later. During that time he took the name Albert Alexander and even took in foster children. It wasn`t until he applied for Medicare when the Michigan authorities tracked him down. Sheriff Ron Doerge - Co. Sheriffs Dept. "After as many years as sheriff, you don`t get many surprises, but certainly this comes as a surprise of someone you`ve know to be a model citizen for 20 years turns out to be someone else."
