JOPLIN, MO.--- The Joplin Family "Y" is selling chocolate covered strawberries. They are $15 a box and the sales will benefit several "Y" programs. Those include offering memberships to low income families and also provide free after school programs for kids. This is the 5th year of the program and they're expected to go through a thousand pounds of strawberries.

"This is what the Y's all about. It's about community. It's about working together, having fun, and staying connected," said Kim Gray, Joplin Family Y.

If you would like to buy a box, they are selling them at the south and downtown "Y". You can buy them until 6 p.m. on Thursday.
