AAA Taxi Winter Weather Drivers

JOPLIN, MO.--- AAA Taxi employees say with 10,000 clients, it's hard to have a day off. Brad Baird has 7 to 12 drivers each day working 12 hour shifts. He says it usually takes 1 to 2 hours to reach pick ups in the icy weather. The snow and wintry conditions aren't stopping the cabs from making their rounds.
"It doesn't matter if it's raining or snowing, you still have to be at work, you still have to go grocery shopping, you still have to go to church," said Brad Baird, Owner of AAA Taxi.
Baird says riders should be patient and call ahead during the winter weather.
