Carthage Click It Or Ticket Campaign Results

CARTHAGE,MO--- The event took place last Friday. Police say 10 motorist were ticketed for not wearing seatbelts. There were also five citations issued for uninsured motorists and two for driving with suspended or revoked driving privileges.

"Click It or Ticket", is a statewide effort to get more motorists to buckle up and save more lives. Police say nearly one in four Missouri motorists are still not buckling up. Seven out of ten Missourians killed in traffic crashes are unbuckled.
