NEO Student Receives Charles Banks Wilson Art Scholarship

MIAMI, OK--- The Miami Arts and Humanities Council presented the Charles Banks Wilson Art Scholarship to Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College student, James Stark.

The scholarship awards $500 to an NEO student art major who has proven to be both talented and dedicated to his or her education, having displayed excellence in the quality of art produced in the classroom and also a strong work ethic while in college.

Stark has plans to eventually get get a master's degree in fine arts and pursue a career that would combine his interest in illustration and creative writing.

"I would like to bring my writing to life through film and movies", says Stark.
