JOPLIN, MO---The fourth annual MSSU Wellness Expo was held today.  Students were able to meet with over 45 vendors from around the four state area.  Aqua massages, blood pressure screenings and make and take first aid kits were part of the event.  Organizations like the American Heart Association, the Joplin Health Department and Planned Parenthood had booths at the expo.  Coordinators say this is a great reminder to the students of the services available.
"We want them to see that there are plenty of options on campus and around the community that can help them and that are not only can they help them, but they are willing to help them lead a more well life in the seven different aspects of wellness," says Missouri Southern Director of Aquatics and Wellness Heather Arnold.
There was also a second wellness expo available to faculty, staff and their families.
