A two-year-old girl who was in the back seat of a car that was stolen in Vinita was found unharmed early today. A Vinita police officer on routine patrol found the car in an alley about 12:45 this morning. The little girl, who is on medication for diabetes and can`t walk, was asleep in the car. Authorities went on alert after the red 1999 Pontiac Grand Am was stolen from a Vinita residence around 10 o`clock last night. The car was unlocked and running in a driveway with the little girl inside. The child was taken to a local hospital for examination and was determined to be all right. Investigators are still looking for the person who stole the car.
