OLPI Purchases Grill Business

A Four State company announces it will buy the Sunbeam outdoor grill business. Outdoor Leisure Products will purchase all of the assets of the grill business in Neosho. The deal authorizes OLPI to produce and market Sunbeam branded grills and other outdoor products. Sunbeam`s Coleman and other grills are not included in this transaction. Sunbeam officials say the sale of the outdoor business is part of Sunbeam`s strategy to streamline operations and restructure their debt.
