When you think of the American Red Cross, the first thing that may come to mind is a major disaster like the one that happened September 11th. But the agency handles much smaller scale events as well. A house fire in Webb City yesterday is a good example. Louis McReynolds with the Red Cross says his agency was ready, just in case it was needed. Fortunately, this fire on South Oronogo Street turned out to be a minor one and no Red Cross services were needed.
