Annual Chili Feed

Some local residents got their bellies warm and helped out a great organization all at the same time. The Joplin Association for the Blind is holding their Annual Chili Feed today. All the funds raised will benefit the facility. Over the years, the blind center has helped over 1,000 people with low vision or blindness. That`s one reason why some employees of the Community Bank and Trust of Joplin decided to participate. If you would like to help out, you still have time to participate in the chili feed. They are serving tonight until 7:00pm, dine in or carry-out. The cost is $4 each for adults and $3 for children. They are located at 4th and Schifferdecker in Joplin.
