Natural Gas Rate Increase

Heating your home this winter could cost a little less in one Four-State community. For residents in Nevada, Missouri, a request has been filed to lower the rate of natural gas by nearly 7%. Missouri Public Service will review the request and if approved the new rates would go in effect November 19th and remain through March 2002. Missouri Public Service serves over 40,000 natural gas customers in the state.
