Jury Seated in Ulbrich Trial

The trial continues in the case of a Four-State jailer accused of sexual assault. The trial began yesterday for Josh Ulbrich. Ulbrich, who used to be a jailer at the Newton County Jail, is accused of sodomizing a 32-year old female inmate in jail on January 22nd. He has been charged with forcible sodomy and sexual assault. Ulbrich was fired from his job at the jail after the allegations surfaced. The trial began yesterday in Cassville, Missouri. The case was moved to Barry County on a change of venue from Newton County.
