Former Police Chief's Day in Court

A former police chief has his day in court. 31-year-old Kendal Brady has been bound over for trial after waiving his probable cause hearing in Newton County Court yesterday. Brady is charged with fraudulent use of a credit card. Brady was the police chief in Granby until he resigned in October. He served as police chief in Granby for four years. Brady is scheduled back in court on December 20th. So far, no trial date has been set.
