Granby Meth Bust Update

Two Four State men are accused of robbing a convenience store and making methamphetamine. Granby police say last Saturday a man entered the local Fastrip, demanding money. The next day, police located the robber, 20-year old Marcus Stevens and his accomplice 25-year old Cecil Johnson at a friend`s home. Newton County deputies say they smelled meth when they approached the house. They say they found a powdery substance and a cold cook inside the home. Stevens and Johnson have been charged with first-degree robbery and attempted manufacture of an illegal drug.
