A Northeast Oklahoma man gets sentenced to life in connection with a one-year-old child. Jason Robbins faces a charge of first-degree murder for the October 2000 death of Destiny Willoughby. In October, Robbins entered a guilty plea. Today Robbins gets sentenced to life without parole and must pay nearly $900 in court costs. Prosecutors say he must serve nearly 40-years before becoming eligible for parole. Robbins threw the child towards the floor and she hit her head on a stereo speaker. The victim`s mother, Crystal Martin, is also facing charges in the incident. Prosecutors anticipate her pleaing to permitting child abuse. Martin`s court date has not been set yet.
