Bus Accident Trial Finally Underway

A year after a tragic accident claims the lives of three people, trial gets underway in the case. A year ago today, a traffic accident near Springfield killed three Southwest Baptist University students and left another seriously injured. A fifth student from the Bolivar School faces four felony charges, but the defense will argue this week that evidence in the case should be suppressed.
